Our office is located at 14 J. Tata Road, right in the Churchgate area. It’s an iconic part of Mumbai, and being here means we’re surrounded by a lot of history and busy streets. The building itself has that solid, older feel to it, and we’ve been working out of this space for quite some time. Every morning, we see the crowds coming off the trains at the station, and it reminds us of how much is always going on in this city. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us at our desks, dealing with the day’s logistics and keeping track of our inventory. It can get pretty hectic, especially when we have a lot of deadlines hitting at once, but we try to keep a level head. We don't have a lot of fancy mission statements or corporate slogans plastered on the walls; we just have our calendars and our to-do lists. We spend a lot of time on calls and coordinating with our other branches. It’s a lot of practical, heads-down work. We like being in Churchgate because everything is accessible, and there’s always a good spot nearby to grab a quick snack during a break. We’re just a group of employees who show up, do our best to stay organized, and handle the challenges that come up. It’s not always perfect, and some days are definitely longer than others, but we’ve got a good routine going here.
