You can find Bhagyalakshmi Traders tucked away in Goregaon West. We are over in Garodia Nagar, specifically at Room No 7 in Chawl No 2 near the C C I Co. It’s a very local spot, the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else’s business. The room isn’t very big, so we make use of every inch of space we have to keep our goods stored properly. Working in a chawl means there’s always something happening outside the door. Kids playing, neighbors chatting, or someone moving a cart through the narrow walkway. We’ve been here for a good while, and the walls probably have some stories to tell if they could talk. Our day usually starts early when the sun is just coming up over the buildings. We spend a lot of time just arranging items and talking to the people from the neighborhood who drop by to see what we have. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a small trading spot that serves the local area. Sometimes the rain makes things a bit difficult, but we manage by covering things up and waiting it out. It’s a quiet life in a busy way. We like being part of this little corner of Goregaon and just doing our daily tasks without too much fuss or worry about the outside world. It might look small from the outside, but we keep busy enough with the folks from around here.
