Swastik Computer Education

Swastik Computer Education is located at Shop No. 6 in the Bajarang Co-Operative Housing Society. We have a small setup here where we teach people how to use computers and different software programs. It is a cozy space, and because it is inside a housing society, it feels very safe and local. We have a few rows of desks with computers and we spend our days explaining things to students of all ages. Some are young kids starting out, and others are older folks who just want to learn how to use the internet. We don't have a big fancy campus. It is just a simple shop that we have turned into a learning center. We started this because we saw that a lot of people in the society and nearby needed these skills but didn't want to travel far. We keep our hours pretty flexible to help people who work or go to school during the day. It is a lot of fun seeing someone finally understand a shortcut or finish a project on the screen. We don't do a lot of advertising. Most of our students come because a friend told them we were patient and easy to talk to. Living and working in Bajarang Society means we are never really away from the job, but we like it that way. If a student has a problem with their homework, they can just knock on the door. Our computers aren't the newest, but they work perfectly for learning the basics. We keep the room cool with a couple of fans.
