Swan Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is situated in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. We aren't in a typical high-rise office block. Instead, we work out of Row House No. C-3 in Sector 4. It’s a bit different than what people expect for a technology company. We are right opposite the fire brigade station. Sometimes the sirens go off and it interrupts our meetings, but you get used to it after a while. The row house gives us a bit more of a quiet, relaxed atmosphere compared to a crowded commercial building. We have our servers and computers set up in what used to be living rooms and bedrooms. It’s a comfortable way to work. Sector 4 is a decent area with some trees and a bit of space to walk around during lunch. We usually go to the local stalls for some snacks in the afternoon. Inside, it’s mostly just us tapping away on keyboards. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby with a logo. You just ring the bell and someone comes to the door. Navi Mumbai is a good place for us because it’s a bit less congested than the main city, though it’s catching up fast. We just focus on our projects and keep the coffee pot full. It’s a straightforward, local operation without any of the corporate polish you find elsewhere.
