Swan Gifts

We are located inside the Ashoka Shopping Centre on Lt Rd in the Fort area. The building is part of the Mitha Nagar Cooperative Housing Society. It is an interesting place to work because the architecture around here has so much history. Our shop, Swan Gifts, is just a small unit among many others in the centre. It is not the most modern building, and the hallways can be a bit dark sometimes, but we like the character of the place. We sell gifts, and we have them spread out across the counters and walls. There is no real theme to how we organize things; we just try to keep it neat enough so people can see what is available. Fort is a very busy part of town, so there is always a lot of foot traffic nearby. We get people from the offices around here and also residents from the housing society. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just sit behind the counter and help people if they have a question. The shop has been here for a bit, and we have seen shops next door come and go. We just keep doing what we do. It is a quiet life inside the shopping centre compared to the busy road outside. We focus on the daily tasks like updating the stock and making sure the shop looks decent for whoever walks in.
