We are Sva India Ltd. and our office is located at No. 162-c in Mittal Tower. You have to take the elevator up to the 16th floor to find us. We are situated right in the heart of Nariman Point, which is always buzzing with people and cars. It is a very busy part of the city, especially on weekdays. We have been working out of this particular office for a long time. Mittal Tower is a well-known landmark, so it makes it easy when we have to tell people where we are. The office itself is a practical space. We don’t have any of those modern fancy lounge areas or anything like that. It’s just a room with desks, computers, and a lot of paperwork. We spend most of our time just focusing on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the 16th floor feels a bit far from the ground, but you get a good sense of the city from up here. We don't really use any corporate language or have big meetings about goals. We just show up and do what is required for the day. Lunch usually involves heading down to the street to find something quick to eat. The building is always full of other businesses too, so there is a lot of energy around. We’ve stayed here because it’s a central location and it has worked out for us over the years.
