Sushma Nate

Sushma Nate operates out of Anand Nagar. It’s a standard neighborhood in the 400068 area of Mumbai. There isn’t much to say about the building itself; it’s just a regular place where we set up to do our daily work. We don't have a big staff or a fancy suite. It’s more of a personal setup where things are handled directly. The street outside can get pretty crowded during rush hour, but inside we just keep our heads down and focus. We don't use any complicated systems or high-end technology that we don't need. A couple of desks, some files, and a steady internet connection are enough for us to get by. Most of the time, the day goes by in a blur of routine tasks. We aren't looking to expand into a giant corporation. We’re happy with the way things are, staying small and local. People in the area know us by name, and that matters more than a big logo on the wall. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us. We drink our chai, talk about the weather, and make sure the paperwork is in order. There’s no pressure to be anything other than what we are. We just take each day as it comes and try to do a decent job for the people who rely on us. It’s a quiet life of work in a busy city.
