Supraai Infotech is an LLP based in Thakur Village, Kandivali East. Our office is on the 4th floor of the Umang building, in the Vasant Utsav Phase 2 society. Our unit number is B403. Kandivali is a busy part of Mumbai, and Thakur Village is like its own little world with shops and parks everywhere. The office is basically a residential unit that we’ve converted for work. It’s got a kitchen where we spend a lot of time making tea, and the main living area is where we have all our desks. It’s not a polished corporate environment. It feels more like a home, which helps keep the stress down. We are a small team and we don’t have any fancy titles. Everyone just does a bit of everything. We spend a lot of time on our computers, but we also make sure to take breaks and catch up on things. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we end up chatting with the neighbors while we wait. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People usually find out about us through others they know. It’s just a simple, honest place where we come to work every day. We like the neighborhood and the fact that we aren’t stuck in a sterile office park.
