Sunil Pawar Softtech (Opc) Private

Sunil Pawar Softtech is an OPC, which means it’s just me running things. I’m based in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, at Flat C/301, Plot 67 in Sector 20. I’ve been living in this area for quite some time, so it made sense to set up my work here too. It’s a residential area, so it’s mostly families and quiet streets, which I prefer over the noise of a commercial district. My office is just one of the rooms in the flat where I’ve got my monitors and all the gear I need. There isn't any big corporate branding or a team of people running around. It’s just me. I handle everything from the technical work to the boring administrative stuff that comes with running a private company. Kharghar has grown a lot, but Sector 20 still feels a bit tucked away. Sometimes I go for a walk in the evenings just to clear my head after staring at code all day. Working alone has its ups and downs, but it lets me keep things simple. I don’t have to deal with endless meetings or office politics. Clients usually just call me directly on my phone. It’s a very direct way of doing business. I’m not trying to build a massive empire; I just want to do good work and live a decent life here in Navi Mumbai.
