We operate Sun Micro Systems & Services out of Goregaon East. Specifically, we are at 10th Cross in the 4th Block. A good landmark is the Borivali Biryani Center nearby, which we end up visiting for lunch more often than we probably should. The workspace is filled with computers, cables, and various parts that we are either fixing or testing. It’s a bit of a mess most of the time, honestly. We don't have a big flashy sign out front. Most people who come to us are regulars or friends of regulars. It’s a small team of us here, and we mostly just focus on the technical side of things. We don't spend much on marketing or anything like that. The air conditioner hums all day to keep the equipment cool, which makes it a nice place to sit when it's hot outside. Sometimes we have piles of hardware waiting for pickup, and it can get a bit cramped. We don't really have a set routine, as things change depending on what's broken or what needs servicing that day. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can. The building is older, but it serves its purpose for our repair work. We know the other shop owners on the block, so there's always someone to talk to if we step out for a break. It's just a regular local computer service spot. The shelves are mostly full of spare parts and half-finished projects.
