Success Alliance Infotech

Success Alliance Infotech is located in Malad West, specifically in Shop No. 9 of the Surbhi CHS Limited building. We are over in Jankalyan Nagar, right near where the 243 bus makes its last stop on Marve Road. It is a local neighborhood spot, not a big tech park or a skyscraper. We have been running our tech services from this shop for a while. It is mostly computers, cables, and a few of us trying to fix things or get software running right. We are not a big firm with a help desk and ticket numbers. If you have a problem, you just walk in or call us, and we see what we can do. Some days the shop is full of old hardware and people asking questions about their internet or their laptops. It is not always organized, but we know where everything is. We do not use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to our neighbors. We just try to explain things in plain English so everyone knows what is going on. Being near the bus stop means we see a lot of people passing by every day. We like the community here in Jankalyan Nagar. It is a quiet enough place to work, but busy enough that there is always something to do. We do not have any grand plans to change the world; we just want to help the people around Malad with their tech stuff and keep our little shop going.
