If you head out towards Fursungi in Pune, you will find us at Ashtavinayak City Phase-I. We are in Flat B-1002. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but it’s a growing area and we like it here. Submatix Technologies is basically a bunch of us who decided that working for ourselves was better than the alternative. The office is just a converted flat, so it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We have our computers set up in the main room and we just get to it. The view from the tenth floor is actually pretty good, especially when the weather is nice. We aren't doing anything flashy. We just handle the tech side of things for our clients. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just talk to each other, fix bugs, and try to keep things organized. There are days when the internet acts up or we have a bit of a disagreement about how to finish a project, but we always figure it out. It’s a very grounded way to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to do the job right and keep moving forward one day at a time. It’s a lot of work but it is worth it.
