You can find us at Shop No D/9 in Jethwa Nagar. We are over in Kandivali West, right on Dr Vikram Sarabhai Road. Being near the Kandivali West Railway Station means there is always a lot of foot traffic and people rushing by. Our small office is usually piled high with envelopes and boxes waiting to go out. The fans are always running because it gets quite warm with all the activity. We spend the morning sorting through everything that came in overnight. Then the delivery boys start heading out on their bikes to different parts of the city. It’s a bit of a chaotic process, but we have our own way of keeping things organized. Sometimes the rain slows us down, or the traffic on the main road is a nightmare, but we keep moving. We aren't a massive company with a call center. It’s just a few of us at the desk answering the phone and taking in parcels. People stop by on their way to the station to drop off letters or pick things up. We try to keep things simple and just get the packages where they need to go. The neighborhood is lively, and there is always someone popping in to ask about rates or delivery times. We've become a part of the daily routine for many folks around Jethwa Nagar. It isn't a glamorous job, but we've been doing it for years now and know the area inside out.
