Studio Confluence

Studio Confluence is based in the Jalkiran Building, right in the Cuffe Parade area. We are quite close to the President Hotel, which is how most people figure out where we are. Being in this part of the city is nice because you get a bit of that sea breeze when you step outside, even if the work inside keeps us glued to our desks most of the time. The studio is a mix of computers, sketches, and stacks of reference books. It’s where we do all our thinking and designing. It’s not a corporate office with cubicles and strict rules. It’s more of a creative mess where we try to bring different ideas together. Sometimes we spend hours arguing over a small detail, and other times things just click right away. We usually have some music playing or just the sound of the city coming through the windows. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We don't really go for the high-pressure sales stuff. We just focus on the projects we have and try to make something that actually works for the client. The Jalkiran Building is an older place, and it has its quirks, but it feels like home to us now. We’ve had a lot of long nights here finishing up work and watching the sun come up over the buildings nearby. It’s a good spot to be, and the neighborhood always has something going on to keep us inspired.
