Stoughton Street Tech Labs Private Limited

Our office is way up on the 11th floor of Lotus Business Park, right off the Andheri Link Road. If you know Andheri West, you know it is always crowded and the traffic is a bit much, especially during the rains. We call our space Stoughton Street Tech Labs. It’s a tech place, so we spend almost all our time on laptops and monitors. The elevators in this building take forever during the lunch hour, so we usually just order some food in or bring tiffins. It’s a standard Mumbai office setup. We don't have a lot of extra space, but we make it work for the team. There is a lot of noise from the street way below, but high up here, it stays a bit quieter so we can actually think. We work on various tech projects. It is mostly just coding, testing, and fixing things that break. We aren’t a huge corporation with thousands of employees, just a dedicated group of people. Most of us come from different parts of the city using the local trains. It’s a bit of a grind, but we like what we do. The office has a tiny pantry where we make our own coffee. We don't have a dress code or anything formal. You will usually see us in t-shirts. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate headquarters. We just do the work and try to stay out of the heat.
