Spring Technologies Llp

We’re situated in Kandivali East, right in the Thakur Complex area. Our office for Spring Technologies Llp is in the Shraddha building, specifically flat 703 on the seventh floor of Wing 5A. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, and getting up to the seventh floor can take a minute if the lift is busy. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a very lived-in feel. We have desks tucked into the corners and monitors everywhere. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. The Thakur Complex road is always bustling with people and traffic, so there’s a lot of energy around. We do a lot of different tech projects here. It’s mostly just us sitting around our screens and trying to make things function correctly. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. Most of the time, we’re just focused on hitting our deadlines. The flat has a small balcony where we go to get some air when the work gets too intense. We’ve been at this address for a while and have gotten to know the other people in the building. It’s a practical setup for a small tech team like ours. We don't waste time on corporate talk; we just talk like regular people and get the job done. It’s not fancy, but it’s home for our business and we enjoy the daily grind here.
