We are based out of Motilal Nagar No. 1 in Goregaon West. Our office at No. 188/1506 is a bit hard to find if you aren't familiar with the Link Road area. Spiro Spero Social Activities Private Limited isn't a big charity with a lot of money. We are just a group of people trying to do some good around the neighborhood. The office is usually full of papers and people coming in to talk about local issues. It gets noisy. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out on the streets. We don't have a lot of furniture, just the basics to get the work done. The paint is peeling a bit in the corner, but it doesn't bother us. We’ve been in Goregaon for quite some time. The focus is usually on whatever project is happening that month. Sometimes it’s helping with school stuff, other times it’s just organizing a local meeting. It’s not a 9-to-5 kind of job. We stay as long as someone needs us. It's definitely not a corporate environment. We drink a lot of tea and talk through problems. If you want to find us, just look for the building off the main road. We don't have a big sign, but everyone around here knows where we are. It’s just how we operate. Practical and local.
