Sphere Linx Net Solutions has been operating out of Office No 4/3 in the U Block of Cusrow Colaba Po Sinhagad Road for several years now. It is a small place, located quite close to the Electric House, which makes it easy to find. My cousin and I started this business because we both had a knack for fixing networking issues and dealing with internet setups. The office itself is nothing special to look at. We have a couple of old desks, some mismatched chairs, and a coffee machine that usually makes a lot of noise but not much coffee. Most of our days are spent handling local network problems for people in the neighborhood. It gets especially hectic on Monday mornings when everyone realizes their systems aren't working right. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy website. Most people just find us by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. We have lived around this part of Sinhagad Road for a long time, so we know most of the people who come in. We try to be quick with our work, but sometimes we have to wait for parts to arrive from across town. It is usually pretty quiet in the afternoons, which gives us time to catch up on paperwork. If you are walking near the Electric House, you can see our small sign by the door. We keep things very straightforward here. There are no long speeches or corporate promises. We just show up, do the work, and go home.
