We're based in the Evergreen Industrial Estate, which is on Dr E Moses Road. It’s over by Shakti Mill Lane near Jacob Circle. Spek Digital Llp is on the second floor, in unit 20. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it’s got that old industrial feel to it. The building has been around a long time and has a lot of history. It’s busy during the day with people moving boxes and trucks coming in and out of the lane. Getting up to the second floor is a bit of a workout sometimes if you don't use the lift, which can be slow. We’ve got our setup here and it works for us. Jacob Circle is always buzzing with activity, so there’s never a quiet moment really. Being in an industrial estate means things are pretty straightforward. No fancy lobbies or anything like that. Just concrete floors and lots of doors. We’ve been here at Shakti Mill Lane for some time now. You get used to the sounds of the neighborhood after a while. Sometimes it’s dusty, sometimes it’s loud, but it’s our spot. Spek Digital Llp is just one of many small businesses tucked away in these blocks. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home. It’s a practical place to be. We like the grit of it. It feels like real work happens here.
