Spa Treat

Spa Treat is located in Andheri East, right in the heart of the Chakala area. If you know Mumbai, you know how hectic Chakala can be with all the offices and the metro nearby. Our place is a bit of a contrast to that outside noise. It’s a simple setup where we handle the day-to-day operations. We spend a lot of time making sure the towels are washed and the rooms are ready for whoever walks through the door. It’s not a massive, flashy place like the ones you see in hotels; it’s more of a local spot where people from the nearby offices come to take a break. The entrance is right off the main street, so we get a lot of people just dropping in to ask about what we do. We have a small desk at the front and a few chairs for people to wait. The lighting is kept a bit low to make it feel more peaceful. Most of our staff have been here for a while and they know the regulars by name. We don't use any complicated systems, just a big notebook for appointments and a phone that rings fairly often. It gets quite busy in the evenings when everyone is finishing work, so things can get a little cramped in the lobby. We just try to keep a calm atmosphere despite the busy location. It takes a lot of work to keep everything clean and running smoothly, but we manage it day by day.
