Shagun Health Products

Shagun Health Products is located up on the second floor of R-Mall in Mulund West. We are in Shop No. 12. Being in a mall is a bit different from having a street-side shop because everything is a bit more enclosed, but it’s nice when the air conditioning is running during the hot summer months. Our shop is filled with various health products, and we spend a lot of our time organizing the shelves and making sure everything is in the right place. The second floor is usually a bit quieter than the ground floor where the big clothing stores are, which we actually prefer. It gives us time to talk to people or just catch up on the paperwork. Sometimes the mall music can get a bit repetitive, but you learn to tune it out after a few hours. We don’t have a massive staff, just a couple of us who take turns being behind the counter. Mulund West is a busy area, but once you get inside the mall and head up to the second floor, it feels a bit more relaxed. We keep the shop pretty simple, with basic shelves and a small counter for the billing machine. It’s a practical space for what we do. We just make sure we are open when the mall opens and stay until the lights start to dim at night. It’s a steady kind of life here in shop number 12, focusing on the products we have.
