If you head down M G Road in Chembur West, you'll find us at Shop No. 05. We are in the C 1/3 section of Pestom Sagar. It's a busy part of town and the shop is quite small for all the things we try to keep inside. We have building products stacked almost to the ceiling. Sometimes it is a bit of a maze just to walk to the back. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to contractors who stop by on their way to a job. It is a bit cramped and the lighting isn't the best, but we know where every single item is. We’ve been here long enough that we know the neighbors well. The traffic on M G Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to get our loading done early in the morning. We don't have a website or any of that, just the shop and the sign outside. It’s a bit worn out now. We focus on the daily tasks, making sure the stock is replenished and the accounts are mostly right. It's just a simple, local business. We don't put on any acts. If we have it, we sell it. If we don't, we tell you when it might come in. That’s just how it goes here every day of the week and we wouldn't have it any other way.
