Our office and storage space are at 218 Jogeshwari West, tucked inside the G I D C Estate Phase-II at the Heena Shopping Arcade. Waterproofing is one of those things people only think about when they see a leak or a damp patch on their ceiling. We spend a lot of our time climbing onto roofs or crawling into basements to find where the water is getting in. It’s often hot and sticky work, especially during the monsoon months when everyone suddenly realizes they have a problem. We use different chemicals, coatings, and sheets to keep the rain out of people’s homes and offices. Our team is usually out on a job site rather than sitting in the arcade. We have been in Jogeshwari for a while and we know the common issues with the buildings around here. We don't try to sound like a big corporation because we are just a local team with some brushes and buckets. Sometimes a leak is hard to find and we have to come back a couple of times to get it sorted, but we don't give up until the area is dry. It is messy and can be a bit smelly with the primers we use, but it’s a necessary job. We just provide a straightforward service to help people keep their places in good shape. That’s really all there is to it for us. We just want to make sure the roof stays dry.
