The best way to find us is to look for the BMC School, because we are right opposite that building. Being near a school means there are always kids and parents around, which makes the area feel very lively and safe. Our workspace is just a basic room where we handle our daily operations. We don't have any flashy signs or expensive decorations inside. It is a functional place with some tools, some materials, and our workbenches. We have been in Motilal Nagar for a long time and it feels like home to us now. We are just a small group of people who decided to start something of our own. We don't follow any corporate rules or have long meetings about strategies. We just talk about what needs to be finished by the end of the day and then we do it. Sometimes the shop gets a little dusty and disorganized when we are busy, but that’s just how it goes when you’re actually working. We like the local feel of Sainath Marg and the fact that everyone knows each other’s names. It isn't a high-pressure environment, just a steady place where we can do our jobs and earn a living. We keep our heads down and stay focused on the tasks in front of us.
