You can find Solutions Hardware & Software at Shop No 20 in the Nisarg Apartment building. We are located in Kandivali West, right near the Pizza Hut, which is how most people find us if they get lost. Being in a residential building like Nisarg Apartment means we see a lot of the same faces every day. It’s a small shop, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. There are boxes of parts and computers stacked up in the corners. It’s often a bit messy because there’s always something being opened or fixed on the counter. Kandivali West is a crowded place, especially in the evenings when everyone is out getting food or doing their shopping. We open up in the morning and stay until the shutters go down late at night. Sometimes the neighbor from the apartment upstairs comes in just to chat while we’re working on a software issue. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. The smell of solder and old plastic is pretty common in here. We like being near the Pizza Hut because it’s easy to tell people where to go. It’s a simple setup. We just focus on the hardware and software problems that come through the door, one at a time, and try to keep the shop running smoothly amidst the Kandivali bustle. It gets loud out there but inside we just keep our heads down.
