Softseva It Services Private Limited is based in Sarang, Nanded City, which is off Sinhgad Road in Pune. We are in Building G, at Flat No. 908. Being on the ninth floor gives us a pretty wide view of the whole township, which is quite a sight in the evenings when all the lights come on. Nanded City is like a little world of its own, so it’s a very convenient place to have an office. We don't have a formal commercial space; we work out of a flat. This means the atmosphere is very casual. You won't find anyone in a suit here. We’re usually just in our comfortable clothes, sitting around the dining table or on the sofa with our laptops. It’s a very practical way to run an IT service. We don't have to worry about the overheads of a big fancy office, so we just focus on the tasks at hand. There’s a kitchen where we make our own coffee, and we often eat lunch together while talking about anything but work. Sometimes the wind whistles through the balcony doors because we are so high up, but it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards clicking. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We’re just a small group of people working from a high-rise in Nanded City. It’s a real, everyday kind of environment without any of that polished corporate nonsense you see elsewhere. We just get on with things.
