Our office is in the Neel Shantiniketan building, which is on CST Road in Mumbai. We are specifically at B/13. The best landmark for finding us is Kalina University because we are right opposite to it. Being near a university means there are always students around and the atmosphere is pretty energetic. CST Road is one of those places in Mumbai that never seems to stop moving. There is always a line of rickshaws and buses going past. Our space inside the building is functional. We have our computers and all the tech stuff we need to get through the day. It gets a bit noisy during peak traffic hours, but we have gotten used to it over time. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a fancy lounge or expensive art. We are just here to do the work we are paid for. Softcell Technologies has been around for a while, and this location has served us well despite the congestion. We usually grab lunch from one of the many spots near the university gates. It is a very typical Mumbai work life—rushing to get in, working hard through the day, and then navigating the commute back home. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is. It is just a workplace like any other in this busy city where everyone is trying to get ahead.
