Softare Elements (I) Pvt. Ltd. is based at 433 Century Bazaar Lane. We are in the KUB building, which is right in the Prabhadevi area. This part of Mumbai is quite old and has a lot of character. The lane itself is tucked away but it stays busy because of the bazaar nearby. Our office isn't very large. It’s mostly just a few rooms where we have our equipment set up. We don't have a lot of decorations or fancy signs. It’s just a functional space where the work gets done. Most of us live nearby or take the local transport to get here. Prabhadevi is a central spot, so it’s convenient for the team. We’ve been in the KUB building for quite some time now. We know the other people in the building and the shopkeepers on the lane. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere. We don’t go in for big corporate speeches or anything like that. We just show up, do our jobs, and go home. Some days the lane is really crowded with delivery trucks and people shopping, but we don't mind the bustle. It’s part of the experience of being in this part of town. We are just a group of people working together in a simple office. We focus on the daily tasks and don't worry too much about being flashy or sounding important.
