We are based over in Andheri East, right in the Navyug Industrial Estate. It’s on that lane by the old Vazir Glass Factory, just off the main Andheri-Kurla Road. If you’ve ever driven through J.B. Nagar, you know how hectic the traffic can get around here. Our place at number 17 is where we do all our IT work. Sna Infotech started because we saw how many businesses in this industrial belt were struggling with their systems. The office isn't anything fancy to look at, just a typical industrial estate unit with plenty of computers and some coffee mugs lying around. We spend a lot of time on the phone or remoted into other people's computers, trying to fix things that have gone sideways. It’s a busy atmosphere with the sound of the city right outside the windows. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We're just a group of people who understand how technology works and we try to make it work for others too. Sometimes the monsoon makes getting to the office a bit of a challenge, but we’re usually here making sure everything stays running. It’s a good location because we’re right in the middle of the action, close to all the other companies that might need a hand with their tech. We just keep our heads down and handle the tasks as they come in.
