Smile Computer

Smile Computer is run by Chirag K. Patel and is located in the Chandresh Kiran building in Nallasopara East. We are at C/103 in Shankeshwar Nagar, right off Achole Road. The shop is quite small and usually feels a bit crowded because we have so many computer towers, monitors, and boxes of spare parts sitting around. It is the kind of place where you have to watch your step so you do not trip over a power cable. Most of our time is spent hunched over a workbench, trying to figure out why a motherboard is failing or why a laptop screen is flickering. There is a pile of old keyboards and mice in the corner that we keep meaning to organize, but new work always seems to get in the way. People from the local neighborhood bring their machines here when they stop working or get too slow to use. We do not have any high-tech diagnostic machines, just some basic tools and a lot of experience with different systems. Achole Road is always noisy, and that sound carries right into the shop whenever the door opens. We have a small counter where we write down customer details in a paper logbook. It is a very manual, hands-on operation. Sometimes we stay late to finish a repair or wait for a long data transfer to finish. It is just a regular local repair shop where we fix things.
