Smb Infotech is located at 3 Rassiwala Compound, right on Thakur Raghuraj Singh Marg. We are pretty close to Patelwadi in Kurla West. It is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our door. We have been here for a while now, focusing on computer repairs and IT support for anyone who walks in. The shop is not fancy at all. We have desks piled with old monitors, cables tangled in corners, and tools lying around where we last used them. It is a real workshop. People from the neighborhood know us by name. We do not use big corporate words or try to sell you things you do not need. If a laptop is dead, we tell you. If it just needs a good cleaning, we do that. We drink a lot of chai and spend our days looking at motherboards and screens. Sometimes the street noise gets loud, but we are used to the Kurla energy. It is just a few of us working here. We are not some big chain with a call center. When you call, you talk to the person who is actually going to fix your machine. We like the honesty of that. Working in the Rassiwala Compound feels right for us. It is practical and down-to-earth. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work on whatever tech problems come our way.
