Our shop is number 10 in the Gorai Diamond building, over in Borivali West. It’s located on Plot No.85 in Gorai II, right along RSC-48. We’ve been here for a bit now, working on what we call Smart Sense Concepts. It’s mostly about sensors and some home gadgets that make things a bit easier for the regular homeowner. The shop isn't huge, but we have enough space to show how the sensors work. People from around Borivali come in to ask how they can automate their lights or security. We don't use a lot of technical jargon; we just show them the actual device and how it plugs in. It’s a quiet neighborhood compared to the main stations. We spend time troubleshooting things or putting together kits for customers. My partner and I usually open up around mid-morning. We aren't a big retail chain, just a small private company trying to do something modern in a local way. Sometimes we’re out at a customer’s flat helping them set things up because instructions can be confusing. We have boxes stacked in the corners and a couple of display units. It’s a simple setup. We like being in Gorai because it’s a nice community and people are friendly. We just take things one day at a time, helping folks figure out their home tech without making it complicated. It's just a small shop where we try to be helpful.
