Smart Rabbit Software Tech Private Limited is set up in Dadar, which is always a hive of activity. We are in Unit No. 309 on the third floor of the Ashish Industrial Estate on Gokhale Road South. Being in an industrial estate means there is a lot of noise and movement around us all day, but we’ve gotten used to it. It actually gives us a bit of energy. The office itself is pretty functional. We have our servers, our workstations, and a few plants that we sometimes remember to water. We focus on software tech, which basically means we spend our lives in front of screens. Dadar is a great place to be because of the transport links, but the crowds at the station can be a nightmare during rush hour. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing. If something needs doing, whoever is free just grabs it. It is a very hands-on environment. We don't have a fancy mission statement or any of that. We just want to build software that doesn't break. We’ve had some long nights in this building when things weren't going right, but that’s just part of the deal. It’s an honest living and we enjoy the challenge of it. We are just a regular group of people working hard in the heart of Mumbai City.
