Our place is on Padamji Road, right on the first floor of Shanti Niketan. Most days here are spent looking at screens or fixing some network issue that popped up overnight. It is not a fancy office, just some desks and a coffee machine that works when it feels like it. We have been here in Mumbai 400004 for quite a while now. Some of the guys take the train to work, and others brave the local traffic. It gets pretty loud outside with the street noise, but you eventually get used to it. We just handle the technical stuff people need help with. It is mostly troubleshooting and making sure the systems do not crash at the wrong time. If the internet goes down, everyone in the building looks at us. That is just how it is here at Sky Soft Network. Sometimes we stay late when a project is dragging on, ordering some local food from downstairs to keep us going. The building is an old one, Plot 11, so it has that specific smell of Mumbai rain and concrete. We do not have a big HR team or anything corporate like that. Just a few people who know how to code and manage servers. We keep things moving, even when the power fluctuates or the monsoon makes everything damp. It is a job, and we do it from this small corner of the city. We do not have many meetings, we just talk across the desks.
