Freedom System

Our shop is at No. 5 Pancham Chawl, right near the ONGC area on the Sion-Bandra Link Road. It’s a busy road, so there's always traffic passing by. We work on systems and technical stuff here. It’s a small place in a chawl, so it’s definitely not a corporate office building. We’ve got our tools and spare parts lined up on the walls. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of equipment in for repair. We've been here for a while and most of the people nearby know us. We don't do any big advertising or anything. Mostly, people just find us because they live or work around the ONGC area and need something fixed. We aren't really fancy people. We wear regular clothes and just get to work in the morning. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when it’s quiet. The link road can be really loud with all the horns, but you get used to it after a few months. We don't have a mission statement or a big philosophy. We just try to fix what’s broken and get it back to the owner as soon as we can. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us. We keep our coffee mugs on our desks and don't worry about things looking perfect. If you need something looked at, you just bring it in and we take a peek at it. It's just how we do things here.
