Sinhgad Institute Of Management

We are based out of a flat in the Panchvati Society, specifically Building A3, Flat F11, on Marol Maroshi Road. It’s an interesting setup for the Sinhgad Institute Of Management because it feels more like a home than a stiff academic building. We spend our days managing the paperwork and the schedules for the students who are trying to get their degrees. Marol is a busy area, and the road outside is always crowded with autos and people heading to work. Inside the office, it’s a bit quieter, though we do have a lot of files and folders piled up on every available surface. We don't have a big campus with rolling hills here; it’s just our practical base for handling the administrative side of things. Sometimes students come by with questions about their exams or fees, and we sit them down in the living room area to chat. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at once, but we’ve managed to make it work for a long time. The society is quite nice, with some trees and a bit of a breeze if you open the windows. The guard knows us all by name, and we usually exchange a few words about the weather when we walk in. It’s those small interactions that make working in a place like Panchvati Society feel different from a standard corporate park. We mostly just keep track of the cycles.
