Sign Tyres

Sign Tyres is located at 264 Sion Shravana Teachers Colony. It’s a bit of a different vibe over here compared to the main market areas because of the colony being nearby. We get a lot of people from the local housing societies and the teachers who live around the area. The shop is at number 264, and it’s a straightforward setup. We have got the machines for balancing and the usual jacks and wrenches lying about. It’s mostly just me and a couple of helpers. We spend most of the day on our feet, dealing with whatever comes through the door. Sometimes it’s a flat tire from a nail on the road, other times someone just wants their air pressure checked before a long drive. The Shravana area is okay, though the dust gets everywhere during the dry months. We try to keep the front of the shop clean, but with the traffic and the wind, it’s a constant battle. We don’t go in for any of that high-pressure talk you get in big stores. If a tire is bald, we tell them, and if it has got another five thousand kilometers in it, we say that too. People seem to appreciate that we aren't trying to make a quick buck. It’s a steady life here in Sion, and we are happy enough with how things go day to day.
