Shrut Solutions

If you find yourself in Ghatkopar East, specifically near Padmavati 7-B, that is where we spend most of our time. Shrut Solutions started because we needed a place to work on computers and help people with their digital problems. The office isn't much to look at, just a few chairs, some sturdy tables, and a lot of power strips. We deal with software and tech issues all day long. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea and waiting for the phone to ring, while other days are completely chaotic with everyone talking at once. Ghatkopar is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We don’t really have a big reception area or anyone to greet you at the door with a smile; you just walk in and see us working. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and we know the quirks of the building, like which light switch does nothing and which one turns on the fan that rattles. It is just a regular workplace. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. If something is broken, we try to get it running again. We mostly look at screens for eight or nine hours a day. It gets tiring but it pays the bills and we like the people around here. The tea stall downstairs is probably our most visited spot.
