Our place is located at Naurag Mansion, right near the Char Rasta on Dattapada Road. It’s a busy corner of the Ring Road area. We spend most of our time looking at screens and fixing hardware issues that people bring in. Computers can be frustrating when they stop working, so we see a lot of stressed-out faces during the day. We handle laptops, desktops, and various parts that need replacing or upgrading. The shop isn't very large, but we have all our tools set up where we need them. Sometimes it gets a bit cluttered with cables and spare components lying around while we work on a job. We've been at this location for a bit and most people in the neighborhood know us by now. It’s not a corporate setup, just a practical workshop where we get things running again. If a machine is too old to fix, we say so. We don't use a lot of technical jargon unless someone asks for the specifics. Most of the time, folks just want their devices back in working order so they can get back to their own jobs. It can get noisy outside with all the traffic from the Ring Road, but we are used to it. We keep regular hours and try to finish the repairs as fast as the parts arrive. It’s honest work and we keep things simple and direct for everyone.
