Shreesmaran Technologies is located out in Khopoli. Our address is house number 101/A in the Upperkhopoli area. It’s a bit of a different vibe here compared to the big cities like Mumbai or Pune. It’s a lot quieter and there’s more space around. Our office is basically a house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s simple and honest. We don't have any neon signs or big lobbies. Just a few rooms with desks and our equipment. Most of us who work here are locals. We like being able to work without the massive traffic jams you get in the more crowded areas. We do a lot of tech stuff, mostly on computers. Some days are very busy and we’re all typing away, and other days we spend more time just chatting and planning things out. We don't have a dress code or anything like that. We just show up and do what needs to be done. The building is old but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out during the monsoon. We usually eat lunch together, sometimes someone brings food from home to share with the rest of us. It’s a small team, so we’re more like friends than just colleagues. We aren't trying to be some massive tech giant. We just want to do our work well and stay in our hometown. It’s a good way to live and work, far away from the rush of the city.
