Shreeji Metals & Alloys

Shreeji Metals & Alloys is a small shop located in the Municipal Market in Ghatkopar West. We are at Shop No. 15. If you know Ameen Peer Road, you’ve probably walked right past us without even realizing it. Being in a municipal market means there’s always a lot of noise and people shouting, but that’s just the atmosphere of the place. We deal with metals and alloys, mostly selling to local workshops or people who need specific pieces for their projects. The shop is small, so we have to be very smart about how we store everything. Metal is heavy, so moving stock in and out is always a workout. We don’t have an HR department or any of those corporate things. It’s just us and the customers who walk in. We’ve been in this market for a long time and we know most of the other shopkeepers around us. It’s a community. When we’re not helping a customer, we’re usually checking the inventory or cleaning up the metal shavings that seem to get everywhere. We don’t make big promises or use fancy language to describe what we do. We just sell metal. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. Ghatkopar West has a lot of energy, and being in the heart of the market keeps us on our toes every day. We just hope the weather stays nice so the market doesn't get too muddy during the monsoon months.
