Shree Shyam Udyog

Shree Shyam Udyog is over in Dadar West, tucked into Room No 101/A of the Palan Sojpal Building. This area is always buzzing with activity, and our building is no different. We have been here for a good while, and the walls probably need a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. Our room is packed with inventory and samples of whatever we are working on at the moment. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we have deliveries coming in. The stairs up to the first floor are narrow, so we have to be careful when carrying heavy boxes. Most of our neighbors are also small businesses, so there is a lot of shouting back and forth across the hall. We like the energy of Dadar. You can get anything you need within a five-minute walk. Our work is straightforward and we don’t try to make it sound more important than it is. We just take the orders, check the quality, and get them sent out. Sometimes the rain leaks in a bit near the window, but we put a bucket down and keep going. It is a very normal life here at Palan Sojpal. We know the security guard and the guy who delivers the mail by their first names, which makes it feel like home after all these years.
