At Shree Samarth Pet Industries, we operate out of AB-27 in the Govt Industrial Estate. We are easy to find because we are right next to Hindustan Naka and across from the capsule factory in Kandivali West. Our day usually starts with the sound of the main shutters rolling up. The factory floor is the heart of what we do. It’s where all the PET products are made and sorted. We have a few rows of machines that stay busy throughout the shift. There’s always someone moving crates or checking the temperature settings on the equipment. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we are used to it. The industrial estate in Charkop is a very busy spot, and there is always something happening outside our doors. We handle everything from the raw plastic resin to the final packaged items. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything running smoothly. Sometimes we have to deal with minor repairs on the spot to keep the production going. We don't really have a sales team; we just deal with the regulars who have been coming to us for years. It’s honest, physical work that requires a lot of attention to detail. We just focus on getting through the workload every day without making too many mistakes. The tea breaks are usually the time when we can finally sit down for a minute and talk about things other than machines.
