It’s noisy and there is a lot of movement. We spend our hours checking the quality of the plastic and making sure the molds are clean. Sometimes the heat from the heaters is a bit much, especially in May. We have a small cabin for the accounts, but mostly we are out on the floor. It’s a practical setup. We don't have fancy furniture or a coffee machine. We just drink tea from the local vendor who comes around on his bicycle. The neighborhood has a lot of other factories, so we are always hearing the hum of our neighbors' businesses too. Getting supplies in and out of the Charkop estate can be a challenge during peak hours because the roads are narrow. We just try to stay organized so we can meet the local demand without too much fuss. It is a lot of manual labor, but we are used to the routine of the factory life.
