B-Tek Machines

B-Tek Machines is located right in the middle of the action in Kandivali West. We are at Shop No. 12 in the Avirahi Shopping Centre. It’s a great spot because we are near the railway station, so it’s always lively. One of the best things is being right opposite Jain Sweets; the smell of fresh snacks is always in the air, though it makes us hungry all day. Our shop is where we keep the various machines and parts we deal with. It’s a bit cramped because machines take up a lot of space, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time repairing things or explaining how a particular piece of equipment works to a customer. It’s not a fancy corporate showroom. It’s a place where we get our hands dirty. The shopping center is old and stays busy with all kinds of people coming and going. We don’t have a big sales team; it’s just us doing the work and answering the door. Sometimes we have to deal with the crowds near the station, which can be a bit much, but it's part of being in Kandivali. We just focus on the machines and making sure everything is in working order for whoever needs it. It’s a simple, local operation and we like it that way.
