If you are looking for us, we’re at Shop Number 9 in the Anandham Shopping center. It’s on the Dahisar 1st Main Road, right in the Hal 2nd Stage area, across from the Vijay Vikram Apartment. It’s a decent-sized shop for an estate agent. We spend most of our time looking at property papers or talking to people who are trying to find a new place to live. Dahisar has changed a lot over the years, and we’ve seen a lot of buildings go up and down. The office isn't anything special, just a few chairs for clients and a desk where we keep all our listings. It gets a bit dusty because of the road being so close, but we try to keep it clean. We don't use any fancy software to find houses, mostly it’s just knowing the local area and talking to the right people. People stop by all the time just to ask about prices or to see what’s available in the neighborhood. We don't do much advertising, most of our business comes from people seeing the shop while they are out doing their shopping. It’s a straightforward way to work. We help people find a roof over their heads and handle the paperwork so they don't have to worry too much about it. It’s just a local business trying to help the community find their way in the property market.
