Shoaib Sayyed

Shoaib Sayyed is located at 9/11 Vaudev Yadav Chawl, which is in Kadam Nagar. This is part of the Behram Baug area in Jogeshwari West, Mumbai 400102. It is a busy part of the city, and our place is just one of many small businesses tucked away in these lanes. We don’t have a big sign or anything fancy like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about Shoaib Sayyed. The chawl has its own rhythm and we are just a part of it. We spend our days getting through the work that comes our way. It is not always easy with the traffic and the noise, but that is Jogeshwari for you. We don't use much big talk or business words. We just communicate in simple English or the local language. Our setup is small and it works for us. We have been here for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon. Kadam Nagar is a tight-knit place where everyone knows everyone. We try to be helpful and just do our bit. There isn't a huge team here, just a few of us making sure things stay on track. It is a very normal, everyday kind of operation. No corporate polish, just honest work done by real people in a real neighborhood. We just take it one day at a time here.
