We operate out of Building No 137/3 in Vile Parle West, right across from the BMC Market. It’s a very busy area, especially in the mornings when the market is full of people. Shivananda Suvarna is a local name that people around here have come to recognize over the years. We aren't a big corporation. It's more of a personal setup where we deal with folks face-to-face. The office is tucked away near Lal Darwaja, and it’s a bit of an old building, but it suits us just fine. We handle various local requirements and help people with their day-to-day needs. It’s hard to describe every single thing we do because it changes depending on who walks through the door. Sometimes it's advice, sometimes it's helping with a local matter. We don't use any complicated systems. Everything is mostly done on paper or with a simple computer setup. The noise from the market is just part of the background here. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the people who live in the apartments upstairs. It’s a tight-knit spot. We don't do any marketing or put up big signs. People just find us by word of mouth or because they saw the name while walking to the market. It’s a quiet, steady kind of work. We just show up every day, open the shutters, and see who needs a hand with something. It’s a simple life in a busy neighborhood.
