We’re over in Malad West, specifically in the B-Wing of Konx Plaza at Minds Place. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy Malad can get, especially around the commercial plazas. We’ve been working out of this office for a while now, dealing with all sorts of computer hardware and tech services. It’s a typical office building setup—lots of glass, some elevators that take forever, and plenty of other small businesses around us. Our space is usually filled with computer towers, monitors, and bits of cables everywhere. We aren’t the most organized-looking bunch, but we know where every screw and motherboard is located. We spend most of our time either fixing things for people who bring them in or helping companies set up their networks. It’s a lot of screen time and troubleshooting. The B-wing gets a decent amount of light, which is nice, but it gets pretty cramped when we have a big shipment of parts coming in. We don't go in for fancy branding or a polished front desk. Most of our customers are locals or other businesses in the plaza who just need their tech to work. We just show up, do the repairs or the installs, and try to keep up with how fast everything changes in the computer world. It’s a steady grind but we like the technical side of it.
