We’ve been over here at Plot D-56 in Nerul for quite a while now. Most people know the spot because it’s right behind where the old London Pilsner brewery used to be in the Shanmuganada area of MIDC. It’s a busy part of town, always something moving or a truck pulling in. At Sharpenn Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we mostly just focus on getting our work done right so the day ends without too many headaches. It isn't always quiet around here, especially with the traffic coming through the MIDC gates, but we like the energy. The team is just a handful of regulars who know the machines inside and out. We start early, grab tea down the road at a small stall where everyone gathers, and then get into the technical stuff. Sometimes the power flutters or the monsoon rain makes things really interesting, but that’s just life in this part of Navi Mumbai. We aren't trying to be some giant corporate office with glass walls and fancy carpets. It's more about the practical side of things. If you walk past the post box 19 area, you’ll probably hear us working. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, new buildings coming up where empty plots used to be. Still, we stay focused on our specific corner of the industrial estate. It's a decent place to work, and the people around here are mostly folks we've known for years. We just keep at it, one day at a time, making sure the equipment is looked after and the orders go out when they should. It isn't always perfect, but we make it work.
